Working hard...

Works been a little crazy and hectic, but strangely enough, it's good.  Love, Love, Love our new space. Got lots of space and storage room.   Although with all of this lovely new space,  I NOW have to do more walking.  But, NO complaints it's exercise that is well needed.

Along with all of our new space comes new Challenges;  such as learning our new VOIP phone system.  Of course, Like all new things it takes time to learn.  But, since Tuesday,  I've learned so much about these phones that I can now say, I Love 'EM !   These new phones are like cellular phones, they have so many features I can't help myself.  I want to play with them even more,  It's great  !!

So our boss is coming in tomorrow and I'm hoping she Loves the new digs as much as I do.  I think she'll be pleased.  The Painting Contractors have been great to work with these guys are a Hoot, they sure do love to joke around a lot.  

 Now for the real task at hand, Organizing.  This is something I can do, It's what I do!  Now that we have all this new space, I don't know where to begin, but I LOVE IT !!!  
So far the response in the office is they Love how it's all turned out.  I have to say, it's not to saby. 

Still need to work on Patient Resource Room.  Contractor finally got my shelving on the wall for the Wigs, they look like their floating in air.  Can't wait to get it all back together.  It's my last room I have to take care of. 

Everything else might need a little tweeking later, but other than that, I have to say not to BAD.... : )

Nice call, but brief....

It's been busy the last couple of days at work, packing up before the move.  Electricity was turned on today, Wuhu.....  This weekend, our new furniture comes in, can't wait to see the new digs. 

This evening my time, and afternoon for my dear friend "Bonnie" time, got a few moments to catch up.  It was good talking to you today.  Been thinking about and missing you.  It's always nice to hear your voice.  Texting can be convenient for somethings, but talking to someone is always nicer :) ...  We ended up, getting cut off, it's that Blackberry issue.  I saw on the news this evening, that everyone with one, has had issues.   I hope it gets straighten out for all those folks. 

Any who, spending a little quality time right now with the "Jeffrey" this evening, watching a  Baseball game (Texas and Detroit) it's raining there.  That's got to be miserable for the people sitting in the stands. UGH !!!  Jeff's complaining about tired of being tired, LOL he's to funny....  That's what he gets for going in 2 hrs. early.  What's that Jeff?  Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, LOL.   Gotta Love him, to sweet.

Lacey's off at church this evening with Mary Ann, Sawyer and Scott (our next door neighbors).  She's learning alot about the Bible, she's loves it and so do I.  I can get a breather for a couple of hours.  That's a terrible thing to say, Bad Mama....   She's changing so much, with the clothes she wants to wear, getting taller, and smarter.  She amazes me, with some of things she talks about.  So much wiser, than her mama....  Love her to death. 

Jeffery says she's the devil, and I am the Devil.  What a Lovely thing to say about the people your suppose to Love.  If anything, He's the ring leader.   Anyway's going to dash, Love you all and Be safe out there.  Peace {}

End of the week Oct 10th, 2011

A great start to this weekend started by taking Lacey girl to the Doctor on Saturday morning. Poor thing hasn't been feeling well for over a week.   Doc, couldn't really find any evidence of any infection, but from the descriptions given from Lacey & myself, she still gave us a prescription, just in case Lacey starting feeling worse over the next couple of days.

Bingo Bang, sure enough, we had to fill that prescription.   Since, I've got Columbus day (today) off  and the weather is gloomy, I've kept her out, another day of rest will be good for her, then she'll be set for the rest of week.   

YMCA after school program offered a Family Fun Night out, on Friday at Camp Kirkwood which is just past Burgaw, very cool.  Wish I had a place like this when I was young.  Never knew this place existed.  There's campsites that you can rent, a pond for fishing, and other facilities. we're gonna try it out.  The evening was fun for Lacey and I, Jeff was ready to go as soon as we got there.  BaHumBug.... 

Lacey learned how to use the potting wheel (She loves it !) and I have to say her clay pot,  was better than the other children.  She listened very closely to the instructor, he could tell that she was very interested.  She painted ceramic necklace pieces with her Daddy.  They offered dancing to the beat of an assortment of drums.  We ate hamburgers and hot dogs, then enjoyed smore's by the campfire. 
I seriously love how they constructed their pit.  Jeff said I could do the same, just have to dig it out a little and expand. 

Had a chance to talk with Lacey's YMCA counselor,  next yr. they will offer full week stays at the camp, during the summer.  We've decided she will benefit from that experience.  We'll get to see her on Wednesday's and pick-up on Friday for a weekend stay at home, then back to camp on Monday.  Price is decent, no more than a regular summer camp fee, for just days.   

Office is Closed for Columbus day!!   It's been nice to have a long weekend; catch up on some well needed sleep.   This week will be short, then another long weekend.  Our office has expanded this weekend, but our move in date is next weekend. Office will be closed Monday and Tuesday. Then back on Wednesday for a half a day.  The cut through between our suite and the new suite, is awesome, a little dusty, but the cleaning Lady promised it will be cleaned when we show up tomorrow.  It'll be nice to have more space for all the stuff we need for Relay's..... 

Mother's visit

Well this past weekend was a smash having my Mom in from out of town.  Poor thing is broken all over, If I could I would wave my wand and give her a new body.  Although she hurts all the time, her spirit is as well as it can be.  We laughed, cried and reminisced about family and friends that have left in one way or another.  But in the end, we always ended up in laughter.  It was good to spend one on one time with her, even though Lacey girl was there too.  I could tell Lacey enjoyed the time she spent with her as well, for one thing Mom spoiled her.  I remember Lacey saying Tuesday night, that she missed Grandma, It made me cry.  It seems lately, I've been doing that a lot.  Don't know if it's the change in season or just missing people I Love so much.  I'm doing it again, as I write. 

Life is good, no matter happens.  You need to remember WHO REALLY LOVES YOU, and that's all that matters. 

Tomorrow @ work, It's going to busy. Packing up our office, for a little renovation.  Damn!  Didn't I just go thru one of those???  Oh yeah, that was at home.  So far everything is running smoothly, but you know something always happens near the end.  So keep your fingers, Legs, arms or anything else you can cross and pray for us.....

Catching up....

Finally slow enough to catch up on some light reading.  It ended up lasting over an hour of  reading.  My BFF "Bonnie" has made some posts on her blog.  That was the light reading I was talking about.  Anywho, it was nice to see all the places they have been and hearing where their headed too.  But, at the same time,  I sit here missing my friend.  : (   I hate to say it but, I don't like not being able to see her in person and drinking a glass a wine,  her stopping by, & sometimes joining us for dinner.  It's definitely a huge change for us all. 

There's still lots to be done, before we meet again.   I know my Jeffrey is aching for a vacation.  I think it's the change in his life,  that he never thought would ever happen and now he see's what others are doing that we have never done.  I'm so fortunate to have my husband in our lives more,  now that he no longer has to work night shift...  

See, things happen for a reason.  My dear friends leave to go onto their adventure and now we head off on our's.  May we meet along the way.    Miss my Gypsies "BonBon & Marco.....  May some of your adventures become a part of Our's.   Jeffrey is looking forward to it....  

Change.....

I talk how change is good and some cases it is.  But, when something dear to you leaves, it very hard.   After 21 yrs. of friendship my Dearest friend and her husband have decided to retire early and travel.  I'm so happy and yet sad at the same time. 

The people that we encounter in our lives, are weaved into it, wether it's for a moment,  or for a life time.  No matter what happens they are always there.   I hope that there adventure, will also become our's!  It's not a Good Bye, it's a see you later.   I hope one day they'll return, and stay for awhile.

Painting again....

Another project for the H2Os household.   When a can of  fruit explodes in the pantry, what a mess it can make, Uck!!!!  Cleaning it up is another story.  Disassembled the the pantry,  cleaned up the mess, scrap out the bad shit from sheet rock, patch it up and finally sanded. 

Today, after two week from this incident, I've applied 3 coats of primer, and I hit the bad spot 4/5 times with primer.  Ordering paint first thing the morning, picking it up during lunch, run some other errands, then back to work.  Hopefully I won't be worn out, so I can paint tomorrow night, then reassemble the pantry.  wuhu....

Then onto the Den closet.  Jeff's already constructed new shelving,  taken out our  Huge TV that was in there, and now it's blocking the doorway to the den.  So now, we're on the hunt for a new Flat Screen TV.   It's funny how, one project get's started, then another seems to appear.  Doesn't it ever end, UGH....

But, I do love change and organization.  It's just a matter of time and money.....     Now, that Jeffrey's on a normal shift, after 23 yrs.  we can get stuff done, together.  It's great!!!!   Again, Love Change, change is good......

Mothers Day !!!

Well, it turned out to be a lovely day.  I was just a little ill with my spouse first thing in the morning; due to no card, no gift (flowers), and then I had to ask for breakfast. Goodness!   But, overall the day was great.  Later, I finally had some one on one with my love.  Watched a movie, messed up the sheets and sleep for hours. 

I due Love my girls, they are so thoughtful in what they both had done. 
Our oldest showed up later in the day, with a hug, a smile, and a card for her mom along with a coffee card (that's for when I get my new job), LOL....
Our little one got no help from her Daddy (that's another reason why I was ill); but our neighbor pulled thru and took her to get  me flowers and resse cups (one of my favorites choc.).  I Love my little family!!! 

I may have to yell at times,  when I need to keep them straight.  But they listen when I need someone to listen again,  they make me fell all mooshie and gooie inside cause they're so dare cute,  and most of all they always make me laugh and love me to death.   Isn't that what it's all about? 

The good, the bad, the ugly.....  One thing in life is for sure, your family & your closest friends are always there.
